I explained the problem to him over the phone, and he guided me on how to turn off the main water valve. He reassured me that he would get to me and in less than an hour,Joe was at my door. Absolutely amazing service and knowledge! Called AJ in a panic because a valve and some other things on my boiler went bad and it began to flood a neighboring room in my basement.. it was literally 7 at night right before the start of a snow storm. I called them up and they answered right away and said “we will fix it tonight”.. my anxiety suddenly disappeared .. they came within 30 mins and fixed everything for a more than reasonable cost! I called one on call Plumbing service and he told me I would have to pay 600 just for him to travel to my house when he was local and that didn’t include repairs!? How disgusting! People will take advantage in your times of desperation! AJ will forever be my go to! Thanks so much guys for being honest, reasonable and efficient!! I have already highly recommended him, his company to friends ,co- workers and family.

On the night of July 3, 2025, with family coming over for the weekend, we discovered that our water heater had cracked and was leaking all over the basement. A couple of people we used in the past told us they could come out Monday after the July 4 weekend at the earliest. We found A&J, and even at 9:00 at night Joe came right over. He assessed the situation, got us a new water heater, and installed it the next morning at a very reasonable cost. Before noon the next day - July 4th - we're up and running. Joe was very responsive, professional, and efficient. Many thanks! We'll be back. I have already highly recommended him, his company to friends ,co- workers and family.

4 years ago Joe saved me from a major plumbing emergency! I was a new homeowner and 1 month in I had an issue with my shower upstairs that was raining down into my kitchen. He was the only plumber that was 24/7 and returned my phone call. Joe was literally on a flight back from Florida said “let me go say hello to my kids and I’ll be right over.” Not only did he mean it, he has continued to take care of me navigating a new home with old plumbing! Joe is THE BEST at what he does, is honest, responsive and truly cares about the people he helps. He will be the first to show up when you’re on vacation in the dead of winter with a kicked boiler, will completely re-do old plumbing and will hold your 10 month old son when you need a minute to breathe!
